Remember... when the new fundraiser starts,
just give
our
ID# 28658 to any Bashas'
cashier and ask that it be linked to your Bashas' Card. It's
that easy & you only have to do it one time during the
fundraising period. The sooner
you link our number, the faster our donation from Bashas' will
accumulate.

ALUMINUM CAN
RECYCLING:
The Humane Society of Central Arizona is very grateful to those
currently donating aluminum cans, printer cartridges, and digital
cell phones to our recycling programs and encourages others to join
us in these efforts. These programs are not only beneficial
financially to Payson Humane Society, but are also highly beneficial
to Planet Earth!
Dalmatian-painted bins for aluminum cans are located at
Town Hall, Payson Campground, Pine Fire Station as well as at the Humane Society.

Only aluminum beverage cans are accepted for this
program. They don’t need to be washed or crushed, but should be
empty and bagged with nothing else in the bag (i.e., other garbage).
PRINTER CARTRIDGES & CELL PHONES:
Inkjet and laser cartridges, and
digital cellular phones can be dropped off at the shelter, the
library, the Candle Factory, Dove's Nest Computer Solutions, or
Bashas'. We no longer
have a drop-box at Wal-Mart.
(please remove all packaging and accessories before depositing in
drop boxes) If you have a large quantity of
cartridges you would like picked up, please call Penny at 474-4648.
Save the environment and help the
Humane Society at the same time - they pay us for qualified
cartridges and phones; all we have to do is send them in!
Please pass
the word to your friends and neighbors to save
their cartridges from home and work
for this program.

"BEAUREGARD DOG BANKS"
The Humane Society of Central Arizona is very appreciative of
every coin that is deposited in our doggie collection banks.
These
whimsical banks have been distributed throughout 31 locations
in the Payson, Pine and Strawberry areas.
Next time you're out & about and spot one of our
collection doggies, drop in a coin or two -- or let the kids do it
and explain to them how it will help feed homeless animals & keep
them safe.
